Job Completion Time
Speed and efficiency are key to our business at BHL. Last year, over 95% of our jobs were completed within an hour and a half, compared with just 70% of our competition.
Fair pricing policy guaranteed
All our prices that are quoted are plus VAT.
All our charges are transparent, fully auditable and backed up by the latest evidence based technology and tracked vehicles, which means there are no hidden charges. We do have a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in half hour increments. All material charges are quoted in advance and agreement is sorted before work is carried out. Our estimates are designed to be detailed and be easy for you to read and compare with our competitors; we never over price or over promise.
Secure payments and deposits
Paying for services by credit card is now a major part of daily life, with many people preferring this method of payment to using cash or cheques. An advantage of using a credit card is that, under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, customers who have a claim against a supplier for breach of contract or misrepresentation will generally have an equal claim against the card issuer.
